Isn't girl inherited in the boys community / family. how can she get the benefit of backward class, when name is already struck off from her parents ration card after marriage.

Unless the boy has expressly got himself converted into Christianity, there will be no change either in community or caste. The community of the persons does not change on marriage. The striking of the name from the ration card is only to say that she is not a family member of her parents, but she is having her own new family. You should not get confused.

Actually, girl make Scheduled Caste certificate by giving affidavit to Tehsildar and boys family ration card in which her name lies after marriage. Is it a valid certificate or law permits any obligation on her.

Simply marrying another community girl, his original case and community do not change as judgements.
