Office Order

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 15 January 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Our company, GoI enterprise having HQ at Delhi and Offices in various states. All the state office is under control of Project Manager.An office order has issued by Personnel Department the following Staff working these office transferred to this office and stand releived.

Is personnel department has any authority to write/releive from their end ?

If yes under what circumstances they can issue?

yes, since the personal department of head office has over all control on personnel affairs of the company and all brances are under head office, thus personnel department has full authority to issue such order, there is no illegality.

Sir,
Thanks for your reply but one more question I want to ask they may issue such type of order but intentionally and without proper justification if they did and if the state/regional office face a lots of problem for this.Is regional office bound to follow the order.

Once an order is issued from Head Office, all the subordinate office are bound to comply but simultaneously the concerned office may put its grievances to the head office. However, it is for the Head Office, whether it accept or not.
