Enquiry about LLB programme

I am working in a GOvernment ORganisation asPrivate Secretary and now completing my MBA (HR) and would like to change my secretarial field to Managerial fielf and as per the current scenario i am interested to have some knowledge about administrative and Labour law. I would like to inquire from the legal experts about L.L.B. programme that which type of LLB is suitable to me (part time or from distance learning). ANd also would like the opinion that from where should i apply the said course? Shall i do diploma in labour law and administrative law. Pl. guide me.

Dear,
LL.B is a regular caurse and now its classes are not held in evening.

u may done it from open university i.e IGNOU or ANN.or like its.
