Dear All,
My Father in law just after my marriage asks my wife come back stay with him.
Can I appraoch court and put a case agnst him for misguding my wife.

you cannot file any case to put your father in law on the right path.just take the help of some elders to discuss the matter with him and guide him properly.do not allow your wife to listen to such wrong advices from him.

Your wife I believe, is a major & if she is staying with her father, I am sure it is of her own volition. Don't fool yourself into believing otherwise.
U may, at a later stage, have to go in for an action for " Restitution of conjugal right".
