What is the service tax rate on sale of flats post budget

Previously the rate was 10 % now it revised to 12% plus 3% cess

I humbly differ.

Previous Rate is 2.575%
New Proposed Rate is 3.09%
(which is to be applicable from 1st April, 2012).
