Filled a written statement in a civil suit . Plaintiff’s withdrawn her plaint and dismissed by trial court
.In W/S my lawyer wrote some words which the plaintiff felt defamatory and filled a criminal complaint US 499 .
Can the plaintiff use the same w/s filled in her suit which was withdrawn and dismissed by her in different case.
What are the effects of withdrawal of suit
filling a written statement is said to be publication of imputation .?
Can u please refer me any citation or case law or any judgments where filling a written statement is not said to be publication of imputation
