Under what circumstances, a Vessel/Ship can be arrested under Admirality jurisdiction of a High Court.
Whether for attaching the cargo in the vessel, can the vessel be arrested

Under the Admiralty Jurisdiction the High Court can arrest the vessel. For the recovery of the dues from the owner of the vessel,for the recovery of the salaries and wages due to the workers on the vesel and the like the vessel can be arrested.
