Payment of epf and grauity to an employee

Sir,
Services of an employee of a public limited company is not terminated or superannuated arbitrarily did not paid even salary from 2013 MY EPF and Gratuity are made and remains dormant with the the company arbitrarily. What is the entitlement of the employee on EPF and Gratuity finally.

You are entitled for the Gratuity.

The company can be held liable for the actual period, for which the PF is deducted till 2003. You can get the refund through the PF office.

Nothing positive can be advised without going through whole case file and documents.

Entitled for gratuity and PF deducted provided anything adverse is decided by the court in the case.
