Matter other than dv

Dear Expert
i had filed dv matter and interim order also passed in the matter i want to file any other matter for the maintainance of women and her baby who is her custody so under which provision i can file the same matter and also want to know that if i will file the any other amtter than the justice will allow the maintance after appliying his mind for me and my baby or he will not as interim is already allow with this interim order i am not satisfied
