sir please will u explain me form which date we have to count the days for chargesheet, since the accused sent in to the jail?

From the date of first order of remand not the date of arrest.

eg :

Date of Arrest :

01/01/2012

Date of Remand :

02/01/2012

on 01/04/2012 - becomes entitled to bail. (90 days)
