Property tax

Sir,

I own a plot in Bangalore, Whitefield. This plot was bought in 1993 and since then I have not paid any property tax.I would like to know
1)how I can pay the property tax now and where I should approach
2)Where should I approach to pay the tax
3) Can it be paid online
4) Where can I get the forms to be filled
