Dear Expert,

i have signed my articleship. i have following queries on Solicitor Exam

1) What is the scope for solicitors in mumbai? in actual who are they?
2) have they right to practice in court of law?
3) in exam point of veiw what should i do, to get clear in the same? my first attempt will be in 2013, what should i do before attemting it? i mean how to prepare for that exam?
4) have i to sign the Articleship agreement yearly or its enough to sign it only for one time?

please answer my question so dat i can do better in the same..

Are we going to be a better mentor than your own Solicitor with whom you have signed up the Articleship? Would it not be adviseable to seek the advice from your senior about these points instead of from this forum, especially none of the members in the forum are Solicitors.
