About rti act under clause8.1(D)

Sir, I have apply for photocopy of : application form and enclose supporting documents for a gas agency applicant in RTI, but the indian oil corporation answers: the copy of the application form cannot be provided to you as the information is off commercial confidence and exemption is available in the RTI act under clause 8.1(d).

Then, Can I do for getting these documents.
please suggest.
