Request you to tell the stamp duty in Tamilnadu to create Indenture of Mortgage to Consortium of banks for the NHAI Road project.

please refered Stamp Act of your state
Stamp duty n registration process is differ from state to state

For eg :- Bombay Stamp Act,1958 applicable to whole Maharashtra
