RCR
(How much time it takes to get decree)

Divorce

(How much time it takes to get decree)

What are the pros and cons iof these options from the point of view of husband and impact on maintenance etc.

it depends upon merits of the case. Don't take case as synonymous to cake i.e having fix time of cooking. It is an intellectual as well as legal process
