Dear Experts,

I want to know what are the Rights of Tenant in Andhra Pradesh if asked to vacate suddenly irrespective of rent increase every year without giving any reasons?

How to buy sometime until i get a suitable House?

You can approach the civil court by filing a civil suit for permanent injunction against the land lord restraining him from evicting you from the house forcibly and seek your eviction only by due process of law. By doing it you can gain a lot of time.

The law is in favour of tanents, so as suggeted pl go to the court with help of an advocate.

The landlord can not increase rent so also apply for fixation of standard rent.
