When the damage is suffered by the workman while he is in th course of his employment.

YOU MAY REFER THE PROVISIONS OF WORKMEN COMPENSATION ACT.
WHEN THE INJURY TO WORKMAN IS CAUSED DURING THE COURSE OF EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR ,HE IS LIABLE FOR COMPENSATION.
