Is schedule caste peoples misusing the P.C.R act against the B.C OR M.B.C peoples? If yes mean what we have to do-

The said Act was brought into existence by the Parliament of India with very noble objectives and with the noble intention of eradicating the evils of caste system in our country. But it had had very negative effect on the society and the said Act is one of the statutes of our country which is being grossly abused by people. What to do? We are helpless. Even the Members of the Parliament, even though they are aware of such abuse, are equally helpless and they cannot do anything about it. What cannot be cured must be endured. We are reminded of the story of Frankenstein's monster. We have created the ghost and finding it impossible to kill.

in past,SC people use it as weapon in to so many cases but now the inquiry made by the CO rank office and find out the truth.

1.GOVT HAS PASSED THE ACT TO PROTECT GENUINE PERSONS AFFECTED.INTENTION WAS GOOD .
2.EVERY ACT PROVISIONS IF MISUSED THEN APPROPRIATE REMEDY IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN OTHER LAW PROVISIONS OF I.P.C.
3.KINDLY NOTE THAT ANY COMPLAINT FILED IS INVESTIGATED BY SENIOR OFFICERS OF THE RANK OF DY.SP./SP. HENCE ON HIS REPORT THE COURT WILL PROCEED.
4 STILL ANY INNOCENT CAN STRONGLY DEFEND THE MATTER IN THE COURT AND CAN BE ACQUITED.HE CAN SEEK PROTECTION FROM THE SESSIONS COURT / HIGH COURT BY GETING ANTICIPATORY BAIL.
