Legal side of Opening of Souvenir Shop of Handicrafts(By SHG

(Querist) 07 May 2010 This query is : Resolved 
actually this not a start up of producers company... in fact souvenir shop will be set up by Self Help Group (SHG) so my query are:
1. who will file the TAN,PAN and VAT number
means who will own these numbers?
2. Is there no need of TAN,PAN and VAT number for SHG ?
3. if yes then how will it function?
