As i previously posted in this thread that ..i have live in relationship for a little more than 2 years when i was unmarried (now married) with a married women. i did not aware of the fact about her previous maritial status while entering into such live in arrangement. But later on when i come to know about her previous relationship and her case of divorce and other criminal charges against her husband is pending. i left her and marry an unmarried girl.
But after knowing my marriage the lady in live in allways calling to my father, my sister and my sister's husband. Harrassing them with bad words threatening to file case against us, all these creating painful situation in my home along with all of my relative and myself in pain.
So some time it comes in my mind that should i go to the court. where her case against her husband is pending and enlight the honorable court about the live in relation fact by which the court will surely deny the maintainence claim to the lady. Am i thinking in right direction ?? Please suggest and give me the right enlightment. your valuable inputs will denifinitely have an impact on my judgement. Thank you.

I requested the court for a certified copy of her cases and i got it. it is true that the "lady in live in" upto last year (2013) has a huband and the husband has denied all the allegation made by her and the civil court may grant divorce to the lady on the basis of dessertion of more than 2 years.
When she will get money as.. alimony definitely she will file a suit against me for palimony.
