Dear Experts

Is a pilot of a domestic airlines "Workman" under Workmen Compensation Act ?
Please give justification of your answer.

Pilot is a workman not only under WC Act but under Industrial Dispute Act as well. You don't have to be a 'workman' for compensation under WC Act. All employees are eligible.
