judge on a long leave,not able to lodge family case

There is only one district family judge and he is on leave for the last two months due to medical reasons.How can I lodge a family case.Can I go to the high court of the state and lodge the family case or I have to keep waiting for him.

well is there some urgency in the matter, then lodge a matter and then move to high court under artice-227 supervisory jurisdiction fo court for immediate relief...otherwise file the matter and wait for some more time...

KINDLY CHECK WITH THE REGISTRAR OF THE COURT REGARDING THE CHARGE OF THE SAID COURT.IN CASE ANY OTHER COURT IS HOLDING CHARGE OF THE COURT THEN YOUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED.OTHERWISE YOU MAY APPROACK SUPERIOR COURT.PLEASE NOTE.
