whether police may seize the keys of a shop while acting under the provisions of sections 151 and section 107 of Cr.P.C? and whether the keys may be released on furnishing security?

No police can't do so specifically, under 107,151 Cr.P.C.

If they have seized, complaint to magistrate if magistrate do not cooperate, file release application under 451 Cr.P.C.
