Hello All,
My Grand Mother purchased property from his own brother and registered on her name in 1955 August after her marriage.
my grand father was Govt Bus Driver After marriage he started living in my grandmothers birth place.
now both are not alive.
Now My grand father's relative's file suit in the court they need share in my grand mother's property as it is Joint family property.
Is it legel?

As the questioned property was self acquired property of your grand mother so no person other than your grand mothers legal heirs have right to get share in the property.

My Grand Father had his ancestor property he left all property and shifted to my grand mother place before 1955. Now still its undivided, so.
We still have rights to clime my grand father's ancistor property?

What is the relation of those persons with your grandfather and who are the first class heirs of your grand father?

Reletion between those Persons with grand father is as Follows.

RamaReddy(My Grand Father)S/O Sonnappa,
A S/O RamaReddy, B S/O RamaReddy
VenkateshReddy S/O Gopalappa
X S/O VenkateshReddy,Y S/O VenkateshReddy,
Z S/O VenkateshReddy.
In the above geo tree Ramareddy is my Grand father and A and B are only two sons i e My father and uncle first class heirs.
Late Venkatesh reddy S/O Gopalappa sons X,Y, Z relatives from my grand father side entire undivided ancestor property is enjoying by X,Y,Z.
Here X and Y are file a suit to claim Ramareddy's wife(grand mother's) property.
and entire ancestor property is enjoying by X,Y,Z.
I am Son of A
Can X and Y can claim my grand mother's property?
stil we have rights on ancestor's property?
