How far diversion of Hindu Children Samadhies into the public park by State is direct interference into the religious sentiments of the public? and whether the court can interfere into such matters?

yES COURT CAN INTERFERE WITH THE MATTER. PUBLIC WILL HAVE TO FILE A INJUNCTION SUIT AGAINST SUCH CONVERSION. WRIT CAN ALSO BE FILED AGAINST THE GOVT., U/D 80 OF CPC 60 DAYS NOTICE MUST FOR FILING A SUIT IN THE CIVIL COURTS.
