Dear friends,
What is the power of court to dispose of the case property(car) in a case u/s 279/337 IPC in which the accused(driver)is absent from last 3 years. Now the surety(owner of the vehile)wants the permission to sell the said vehicle. Under which provision court can grant permission to sell the case property(car) and pls suggest any case law regarding this. Thnx
