Can any body let me know that whether EPF Act is applicable to Building & Constructions Contractor who are involved in Appartments, Bunglows, Tower of Communication Works at Highways.

Please also tell about section under which if it is covered.

Schedule 1 to the Act lists the industries to which the act applies. It does not contain Building and Construction activities.
