Change of name

Dear all
I want to change my name,
Plz send me procedure for that
whether only notary and advertisement is suffice for this or court decree or gezette notification is required and if i change whether i need to get all certificates again fresh i.e.scholl,PUC,degree and PG certificates

There is procedure for Change of Name , approach your Mandal Revenue Officer/ or/ Thahasildhar and apply , after enquiry a notification will be published ,even the Gazette publication will be there.

With above orders and Gezzette , the Old Certificates will be treated as that of with your changed name .

A affidavit duly attestted by Notary and paper publication in two prominent local papers required.

whether all documents attomatically changes after that process or i need to change each and every certificate and marks card etc
