What would be normal court charges/fees in SC for quashing 498a? Typical time it would take in normal circumstances?

Dear Anonymous,

One cannot go before the Supreme Court directly in quashing matters and instead Criminal Petition (Main) will be maintainable before the respective High Court. It is advisable to see the High Court Rule of the respective court.
