Submission of erronious documents in court

(Querist) 03 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
In a permanent injunction civil suite invoking questions of property , the petetioner submitted a registered sale deed of about 100 years old, originally in urdu including words of farsi. Along with this document the plaintiff also submitted a hindi version of it ( not translation into hindi but only change of LIPI ) . That hindi version made by him and submitted into court has
(1) at least six words which are wrongly written
(2) about hundred words ( sale deed originally is in 400 words ) i.e about one fourth of the matter is not included in its hindi version submitted by the petetioner.
This thing more or less distorted or shifted the theme of the sale deed. Plz tell -
(1) Does the plaintiff committed a crime in producing this erronious hindi version of the original sale deed.
(2) What the respondants advocate should do to get maximum profit for the respondants from this fault of the plaintiff petetioner
