Transfer of property through court decree

we are 3brothers and 1 sister.in1992 without knowledge of 1 brother and sister we two filed suit against father to have property in his name. during court proceedings father agreed and gave statement before court that i agree to give property to the plaintiffs. accordingly court passed decree in favour of 2 brothers. decree is held by us but we didnot get property transfered in our name in revenue records as well as municipal records. pl guide whether said decree is sufficient to get property transferred in our name or sell it to 3rd person
