Thank u for ur instant response sir. Just wanted to know can we demand for more area as my house has the area of 250 sq.feet carpet area. And as the builder has already purchased the land and is going to build a tower in the same space. I beleive that we can ask for more area as per the articles that i read in the newspaper. Would be waiting for your assistance in this matter SIR !!!!!!

For Maharashtra rent act , you can get similar area but you must do regd agreement otherwise may not get possession.

More area as a right not allowed under Mah rent control act 1999, however with consent of builder you can buy the whole tower.
