Shop & Establishment certificate

Sir I had asked in my last query that i had got the Court Decree which the court has given 1/5th share to me and I had given the application to the shop establishment sr. inspector for entery of my name in the shop establishment he is asking me a 1)N.O.C. from existence Licence Holder. 2) Agreement Copy/Ownership documents of the premises 3) Xerox copy of Bombay Shop & establsihment Certificate on which your name is duly changed. Sir what can i do for my name entery in shop establishment. The inspector had taken amount(bribe)from defendant they dont want to enter my name plz help me for this problem.

civil court has given to share in the property. whether the shop is included in the property or not. in case, shop is included in the property, get partitioned in terms of decree through execution and get new certificate in your name in the partitioned property. unless your share is not separated. you are not entitled for inclusion of your name in the certificate without the consent of the person, whose name the certificate is issued.
