i am lawyer plantiff filed suit for partationand possession before filing suit she given the notic for partation and file suit we are defendents our ple is that after expiry of three years three months she filed suit therefore it timebareed under art113 of indian limatation act .defendends are brothers there is no partation before this suit therefore defendents plea is that 113 is applicable thera suit must be dismissed .there os no provision in limatation act for partation therefore art 113 applies.for that defendents want citation related to this topic .plese sent me fast its urgency
