Sir i got the summons under Crpc 125.she calaimed six thousand rupees including my son .my income is Eleven thousand.she has no own income.i am asking for conciliatio. Is it possible for the court to announce same amount as intere maintenanc?no dependents on me. Is there any limit under crpc one two five in ap state?

Interim amount may not be same it would probably be less than the final claimed amt. There is no upper limit u/s 125 in CRPC

since you are husband and father of the applicants. it is your legal, moral and social obligation to maintain them. Thus you can not escape from your liability. However, grant of maintenance depends on several factors i.e. Husband & wife earnings, their social status, their liabilities and reasons etc. So put all your facts and ground before the court and I think, the Court will pass appropriate order.
