condonation of delay

Request for judgement

In a money suite exparte decree/, a delay in filing appeal against the decree , may be condoned ,without going into day to day reasons ,
I am given to understand justice Bhanumathi
of Madras High Court , has given a judgement
on the subject
I would be great full to the experts on this forum to up load the judgement copy
Also related judgement vide AIR 2000 SC1221
may pl be up loaded .

Though it is criminal matter but Sec 5 limitation act is referred in it-
