Can a Nepali man who is well settled in America and has green card there, marry a Nepali woman in India??

Is it compulsory for him to report the Nepal embassy about his marriage??

How much time will it take to get married??

He can marry as per his desire. There is no legal bar. There is no need to inform the embassy also. Time taken for marriage depends on your convenience only.
