Debt Recovery Trubunal Granted Status Quo on Selling against Co-operative bank on condition of To deposit Amount in one month....My Client has send the Cheque of due date which is before the date indicated in status quo as condition... But Bank officer deposited it after the date of status quo. so What the position of status quo?? it is continue or vacated automatically?
