One lady has filed suit under domestic violence against her father &motherin law and causin brother in law fabricating false allegations,
Is it wise to go for defamation case.

No you cannot file it. You defend the case already filed against and prove that it is a fabricated one.

My learned counsel is right. you can file defamatory case against him better you proceed in ur case.

Defend the case. You can not file defamation case against her till the court acquit you in the present case.
