A civil suit can not be filed. As State Bank of India is an authority under Art 12 of the Constitution, you can straight away moove the High Court
Binod Kumar Mishra (Expert) 26 May 2010
Jasvinder Singh jee, you must have to file an appeal before appellate authority. you have not filled the same, can you tell me the accurate reason for not filling the same.

apart from this you must file an appeal because this is a statutory provision given to you by the constitution. you pray to appellate authority to condone the dealy otherwise you will lend in trouble.

what Mr. P. Esakkimuthu has advised you, i am not satisfied with this.

yes you can go to high court directly and high court has supervisory powers under article 226, but usually the High Court will hardly utilise this powers in your case. yes if the matter is sub-judice then High Court will definately use their power to admit your case directly there without preferring an appeal.
