Indian evidence act

Guest (Querist) 17 September 2018 This query is : Resolved
are there any relevant judgements on, where the plaintiff deposes that he took the photos and got it developed himself and the same is admissible as evidence?

Guest (Expert) 17 September 2018
Very vague query!
All judgments are relevant till they are proved as irrelevant by getting quashed by the affected parties.

Better discuss your real problem.

if you cant help please dont reply ......any prudent man would understand i was asking to cite some caselaws on that point for my argument

Very rude and arrogant response of yours on merely asking for discussion of your problem! If you have so much ego filled in you, better hire services of some local lawyer to sort out your problem, if you really have any.

Mind it, any prudent querist can understand that I simply asked for discussion of the real problem. Any prudent querist, if he wants solution to his problem, he also knows that has necessarily to discuss the real problem. Further, any prudent querist also understands thet he does not enjoy any right to issuing direction or command to any expert from whom he is desirous of seeking some help.

Still further, any prudent expert also understands that he is not supposed to waste his time and infrastructure aimlessly just to search case laws for you for your non explained problem and absolutely vague query. Still further, any expert also understands that he is not a paid servant of any arrogant student to compulsorily serve him..

But you have ample of time to waste to prove your stupid points which are baseless vague and on its face stupid my query was answered by other experts who helped me rather than criticizing and insulting a querist your help was as useless, vague and left me confused as your thoughts. This is platform where people submit their queries one is open to answer or help rather than criticizing someone. No wonder Indian law is suffering so much.

If you can judge about stupid points, you would not have felt the need to post your query for getting help of the experts. Rather, it is your own stupidity if you classify the judgments in to relevant and irrelevant. Still further, it is your own stupidity to think that the experts have helped you. If really helped, where any relevant judgment (as per your own perception) has been referred by any expert?

In fact, with your latest statement, you have proved beyond doubt about yourself to be merely a stupid.

@Dhingra i found judgements and case laws ........which relate to my case i needed to know if i was going in the right way the other experts NK Assumi and Advocate Bhartesh helped me. I requested if anyone could help me and cite me any case laws being lawyers they might have come through it, if some doesn't wish to help they could just choose not to answer what is the meaning of criticizing someone. Please don't pass your opinions if you only want to insult others and please dont answer queries if all you wish is to criticize people which is what you've been doing from the start......it will be best if you don't answer my queries, people who can help me will help?
Honestly are you even an advocate or have you just come online to waste valuable time of others by insulting every other querist . Honestly you've been at it for quite some time it just goes to show your expertise in wasting valuable time of others is on the next level. And you need not worry about my queries don't answer them if you have a problem. Being an expert gives you a right to criticize its laughable. Request is earned not given on the basis of seniority or expertise. The kind of insulting statements you've made concerning me speaks more about yourself.

Your own position becomes laughable, when you claim to have found judgments and case laws, even when none of the experts supplied you any such judgment. Moreover, when you could find the judgments at your own, what was the logic for you to waste time of experts here.

Further, a dishonest person does not have any right to question on the honesty of others. Idiots, like you, cannot judge the honesty and sincerity of any person.

When you did not have any personal problem, what was the meaning of posting your query?

At first, it was you who starting posting insulting statements and issuing directions, when your own question was quite absurd and idiotic by asking for RELEVANT judgments. Relevance is taken with reference to the nature of the case with specific reference to the circumstances and the characteristics of case, not without any background of the case.

it is you who has the need understand how to raise a question and to respect the experts, as none of the experts are indebted to you to dance on your own tune and directions. You should have known that when you have come in the open forum, everyone is free to raise any question on your idiotic question.

Probably you are looking for the Supreme Court judgement, on 65B of Indian Evidence Act, issued on 30th January this year, which you can refer at https://indiankanoon.org/doc/131455149/

Mr. Anonymous student with deleted profile with fake name and identity, as "no man",

Of course, I have ample time to expose the faces of anonymous, lethargic, senseless and arrogant students, who depend upon half baked knowledge just to acquire their degrees to become quacks, rather than prudent lawyers to save the hapless innocent clients.
.
I do not feel my 'ONLY DUTY', like some other experts, to help bring out quacks out of the the senseless, duffer and easygoing students, who prefer to get Degrees in law, but without their self acquired knowledge. No objection, if some experts feel pleasure to add quacks in the legal community. They may continue to discharge their so called only duty. However, only such type of contributors become the cause of insult of the experts by the arrogant anonymous students.
