No. Only a writ lies against the award of the labour court in Industrial Disputes Act.

Review on merits is not permissible in the absence of a provision in the Act conferring the power of review on the Tribunal either expressly or by necessary implication. There is no such provision in the ID Act. Procedural errors however are reviewable.
