Contract labour abolitions- karnataka

(Querist) 24 January 2012 This query is : Resolved 
1.Can a 100 % EOU unit employ contract labour for core operations in karnataka ?

2. Can a EOU unit employ all its manpower on contract to hire / short term employment / contract employment ?

2a. If answer to 2 is yes can i know the rule please.
