There was a stay order to Mr XYZ to build a house on a given plot at Nashik.
Mr XYZ built a temporary house , the applicant filled /referred the case to cout being 'Contempt of court'.
Mr XYZ attended the case for 2 years and he died due to old age of about 85 years.
In this case will children of Mr XYZ will be responsibile for contempt of court done by thier father Mr XYZ.
Request to guide for the above with case lays of either Bombay High Court or Appex Court of India.

Sir, I met the lawyer personally, as per him I will be a party to this contempt now, is it so.
Can I submit that the contemper is not there now, so how I can be a party to it.
