Sir
pls let me know whether a son can file a consumer case on behalf of her mother and at the time of filing the case he did not submit power of attorney, whether any remedy available to cover this lacuna?

on whose name the consumer compliant was filed in case mother, then subsequently with the permission of the court the son can file a POA for proceedings with the case... otherwise yes it wont be mainatainable or u can withdraw the present with liberty to file fresh... but ensure that you get liberty from court....
