We required help for Sales. If Customer from (Mumbai) and his pick up Stock from our godown which is located in Vashi. so it is Counter Sales? or It is liable for refund on sale?

If the material sale under scheduled item in local then it can be adjusted with input.

Even your office at mumbai and the good deliver from your godown then with in same jurisdiction of state then u don't need make invoice with tax. Just. Send material by stock transfer from godown to head office
