Certified or Notarized Copies with Petition

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 24 February 2011 This query is : Resolved 
We want to challange in High Court Deed of Assignments for two tenanted properties sold fradulently and have obtained Certified Copies from Sub Registrar's office in BKC.

Pl. advice if we can submit zerox copies of the same with the petirtion or notarized copies as we have only one set of Certified copies. Regards,

yes you can do so but would have to move an application for exemption from filing the certified copies.
