What is the procedure for cancellation of a conditional gift deed?Can it cancelled without court of law?

Hi, If the person to whom the gift made is ready and willing then the said property can be repurchased/reconveynced back. If he is not ready then you have no remedy otherwise then civil court.

No.Nullified only through Court under certain circumstances such as fraud, misrepresentation ,coercion and undue influence.
