Can sr. accounts assistant fall under defination of workman

Dear Team

I would like to know that can a Sr. Account Assistant earning 32000 CTC fall under definition of workman or not.

If yes, how he would be fall under the definition of workman.

No Senior accounts Assistant is not a work man. Because his salary is 32000 CTC.He may be considered Supervisor who is not workman
(iii) who is employed mainly in a managerial or administrative capacity; or

(iv) who, being employed in a supervisory capacity, draws wages exceeding one thousand six hundred rupees per mensem or exercises, either by the nature of the duties attached to the office or by reason of the powers vested in him, function mainly of a managerial nature.].
