well, if you want your share in ancestral property from your parents, you may file a suit for partation. you may donate your share to any one as you like, even at this stage with out partation by executing any document for your undivided and unspecified share, but is it is not advisable to execute a will, as your age is only 35, as it operate only after your life time.
